Assess progress against portfolio management goals and monitor key performance indicators.
Analyze data and develop key insights and actionable recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
Support Strategy and Planning teams across Fidelity Technology to ensure data quality and compliance with enterprise standards.
Maintain integrity of routines, structure, and coordination for executive routines and portfolio reviews.
Optimize the portfolio management operating model to enhance scale and efficiency.
Partner with leaders to align work, resources, and financial data, supporting prioritization and executive decision making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree with progressive experience in Strategy & Planning and Portfolio Management
Exceptional management, analytical, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Understanding of how technology teams organize and deliver work.
Hands-on experience working with large, enterprise portfolio datasets.
Demonstrated exceptional capabilities in developing and delivering clear and compelling written communications.
Flexibility to both lead and contribute to teams as an individual contributor.
Validated strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and articulate connections across separate, but related concepts.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Consistent track record of collaborating to build consensus across multiple levels of the organization.
Self-starter with strong performance orientation and a no surprise approach.
Comfort with complexity and ambiguity.
