Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications
  • Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing people and teams
  • Practical experience with requirements analysis and documentation (Jira)
  • System design, API integration (SOAP/REST)
  • Cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
  • Version control (GitHub), Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Strong commitment to quality, documentation, and engineering excellence
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive delivery
  • 5+ years of experience with direct people management
  • Brokerage experience and familiarity with Trading capabilities strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
