About the role
- Execute Research Programs
- Run qualitative research projects, such as focus groups, product advisory panels, usability studies, and contextual inquiries
- Set up and monitor quantitative programs, such as usage metrics, dashboards, NPS studies, and surveys
- Share insights through storytelling, reporting, workshops, presentations, and conversations
- Champion user-centered thinking, influence senior stakeholders, and help teams adopt user-centered ways of working
Requirements
- 10+ years of user research in a product development setting
- Proven SaaS experience
- Proficiency in a variety of modern research tools
- Advanced expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field
