About the role
- processing distributions accurately on behalf of clients
- handling 40-60 inbound calls daily from clients
- managing multiple client requests/issues
- monitoring customer adherence to internal guidelines
- building and maintaining strong relationships
- providing a superior level of customer service
- having the technical expertise to respond to inquiries on a variety of alternative investment issues
- processing alternative investment transactions as required
- tracking and monitoring outstanding issues and providing timely updates to clients
Requirements
- 2+ years of brokerage operations experience or 5+ years related work experience preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Alternative Investments experience is a major plus
- College degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to take initiatives to work on ad hoc projects when required
