About the role
- work closely with a business-aligned team and key business partners to meaningfully engage 5,900 AM associates
- develop thoughtful, strategic, and impactful communications campaigns, executive speaking points, presentations, intranet content, and messaging across digital, social channels and live events
- drive communications that align with Fidelity priorities and connect associates to the business strategy
- support organizational and cultural change
- collaborate closely with colleagues in Corporate Communications and Corporate Affairs teams covering government relations, public policy, external communications, community relations, social media, and more
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 years as a communications professional; experience with executive, internal, or external communications essential
- Proven success building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners
- Strong storytelling, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience delivering strategies and communications that effectively support organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder engagement
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fluid environment
- Highly motivated and can thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving team environment
- Innovative thinker with a creative mindset to solving problems
- Strategic approach and ability to effectively evolve strategies based on feedback
