About the role
- Assist the Squad Leader in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Facilitate internal meetings and sprint demos
- Proactively identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements
- Develop strong working relationships with IT, Legal, and Compliance partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science) or equivalent project experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, or Confluence
- Comfort working with Excel to analyze and summarize information
- Basic knowledge of creating visual Workflow Diagrams (using Visio, Miro, or similar tools)
