About the role
- Provide regulatory support primarily to Fidelity Labs
- Identify, assess, and build controls for regulatory risks related to start-ups
- Serve as a compliance expert and trusted adviser for Labs
- Enhance Fidelity Labs’ AI and Data Governance framework
- Monitor the regulatory environment and assess emerging rules and regulations
- Research compliance matters related to emerging technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience supporting software-as-a-service businesses
- Familiarity with SEC, FINRA, FTC, CFTC and/or state level rules & regulation
- Experience with data protection, digital asset, and AI related laws and regulations
- Understanding of global compliance programs
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
