About the role
- Serve as a key ambassador for Fidelity’s customer protection program
- Deliver compelling presentations to clients, advisors, and industry audiences on cybersecurity, fraud, privacy, and AI
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to drive program adoption
- Represent Fidelity in external forums and webinars
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of program offerings
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or a related domain
- At least 5 years in a leadership or client-facing role
- Prior experience in financial services and cybersecurity and/or technology risk management is a plus
- Professional certification (CISSP, CISA, or equivalent) expected
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Highly motivated and proactive mindset
