- Play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering an exceptional client experience
- Lead a team of 10 Sales Strategist Case Managers
- Manage work assignments and serve as a key escalation point for Sales and Implementation leaders
- Implement strategies that enhance quality, efficiency, and revenue
- Ensure flawless execution of services and operations
- Consult available fund options and confirm fund lineups with Sales, advisors, and plan sponsors
- Create the best possible onboarding experience for clients
Requirements
- Retirement plan recordkeeping and administration experience
- Experience working with sales teams or in collaborative partnerships
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Approximately 20% travel required
- Series 7, 63, 24 licenses required or able to obtain within 120 days
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 12+ years’ experience or master’s degree with 10+ years’ experience
