About the role
- Engaging effectively with the business and applying data to identify risks, provide guidance, conduct risk assessments, and perform testing activities
- Continuously analyzing and assessing the risk profile of the business
- Helping to advance data analytics strategies and use of digital technologies to support risk assessments and activities
- Collaborating across the Risk team and the Legal, Risk and Compliance group to optimize the Risk Management support provided to the business and advance the effectiveness of the program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 7+ years industry experience, including Finance, Public Accounting, Audit or other Risk Management activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership or project management experience
- Understands, supports and can articulate the vision, mission and strategy of Risk
- Experienced with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven risk management knowledge and experience, including risk assessment and control evaluation
