- Supports general risk oversight for Workplace Investing
- Conducts proactive risk assessments and readiness assessments
- Manages risk incidents and analyses data to identify and measure risks
- Collaborates with business partners and technology teams
- Creates and presents status reports and dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services, risk management, audit, or compliance
- Deep understanding of risks and controls
- Ability to develop frameworks and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data Analytics technical skills such as high proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Alteryx
- Excellent communication skills, including creating PowerPoint presentations
