About the role

  • Provide an opportunity for women on a career break to return to active employment through a six-month internship; candidates who successfully complete the internship will be converted to full-time associates.
  • Candidates will be involved in the complete process lifecycle, right from the onboarding of customers to servicing, consulting, and performing complex financial transactions.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years’ experience in financial services or high-volume transaction processing experience preferred, good knowledge in MS-Office skills.
  • Operations background in financial services/high volume transaction processing with people management experience.
  • Good communication and comprehension, numerical ability, problem solving skills, analytical and logical reasoning, and an eye for detail.
  • Business acceptance test planning, business analysis and research, business process mapping, and the documentation of business requirements.
  • Working knowledge in Retirement services will be preferred.
  • Ability to write access queries along with working knowledge of SQL scripts.
