About the role
- Amplifying brand presence and driving engagement across the webinar channel
- Leading the strategy, planning, promotion, and execution of the national webinar program
- Coordinating workflow and compliance approvals of event materials
- Analyzing webinar performance metrics to optimize content strategy and planning
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, communications, and events teams
Requirements
- Preferred work experience in related areas of program/project management and event management
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strategic thinker with a record of applying creativity, sound judgment, and adaptability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Zoom Webinars experience with Splash is a bonus
- Bachelor’s Degree (marketing or related field preferred)
