Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of financial services experience with a mutual fund operation, custodian bank or asset manager with a focus on legal and financial regulatory reporting
Understanding of risk frameworks and ability to design and lead processes ensuring a strong control environment
Focus on innovation – ability to identify and drive forward ways to improve and automate current processes
Working with all levels of management and make high impact decisions quickly and accurately
Use of workflows and requirements of internal and external business partners and systems applications
Helping to define and understand the impact of initiatives to the production environment to anticipate and coordinate operational readiness
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong presentation capability
