About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own an enterprise CVAD upgrade from 2203 LTSR CU3 through CU7 to 2402 LTSR CU4
Plan and execute upgrades across Licensing, Delivery Controllers, PVS, StoreFront, Studio, Director, and Session Recording
Upgrade and validate master images across three Delivery Groups
Migrate Citrix Licensing to Citrix Cloud’s Licensing Administration Service (LAS)
Resolve issues during the licensing cutover
Test, validate, and troubleshoot after the upgrade
Document the implementation and rollback approach
Run knowledge transfer with the internal operations team
Work directly with the infrastructure team on Citrix Cloud tooling

Requirements

What you’ll need

Real-world experience delivering Citrix LTSR upgrades in production enterprise environments
Working knowledge of Citrix Cloud services, including LAS
Practical experience with PVS, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Studio, Director, Session Recording, and Licensing
Windows Server administration and infrastructure troubleshooting experience
Comfort managing upgrades in live environments with minimal disruption
Citrix Cloud migration or hybrid Citrix experience
Background in regulated or large enterprise settings
Exposure to VMware, Hyper-V, or cloud-hosted VDI
