About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Phone-based acquisition of potential new customers.

- Planning as well as preparation and follow-up for appointments.
- Careful maintenance of customer data in our CRM system.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training (any field) is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to follow existing systems and processes precisely.
- Strong communication skills and a clear manner of expression in business-fluent German, both spoken and written.
- High discipline and the willingness to use the workday productively on the phone.
- A strong sense of empathy for the person you are speaking with.
- Independent, disciplined way of working in a remote environment and the ability to deliver full performance without daily presence monitoring.
- A quiet, professional workspace with a stable internet connection.
- Proficient with common PC applications.
