About the role

  • You are responsible for delivering demanding projects for corporate and public-sector clients — ensuring high quality, personal accountability, and a strong client focus.
  • You concentrate on project management and implementation in the specified subject areas.
  • You purposefully develop your skills and expertise, supported by an individual development plan.
  • As a Senior Manager you actively shape your business case, contribute to sustainable utilization, and take responsibility for client development.
  • Optionally, you may develop new consulting approaches or further expand our internal structures as part of corporate development.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and willingness to take responsibility
  • Several years of consulting experience with a focus on IT-related governance or risk management topics (e.g., MaRisk, DORA, NIS2, ISO27001)
  • Solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas: IT governance, information security, business continuity management, operational resilience, or risk management
  • Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured, solution-oriented manner
  • An existing network with potential for business development
  • University degree with an economic, legal, or technical background
  • Willingness to travel when required by projects
  • Very good German and English language skills
