Key responsibilities & impact

Assist key aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, change management and risk management
Assist production of deliverables from cross-functional teams, vendors, and business resources
Foster open communication across teams to identify development dependencies and risks early
Work with project managers to manage project finances

Communicate information to key stakeholders through reports, dashboards and slides

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong Excel skills, including managing, processing and reporting from large datasets
Ability to assist with forecasting, change management and risk management
Ability to identify problems collaboratively and develop actions/solutions
Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels
Concise verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyse situations and decompose work into key tasks and activities
Willingness to deliver a broad range of tasks and support delivery
Customer-focused approach
Motivation to continuously develop new skills and undertake personal training
High professional standards and integrity
Curiosity and strong problem-solving ability
Market experience in the UK Defence & Security sector is advantageous
Must have or be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance
