About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery of secure digital solutions in highly secure environments
Manage all aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, change management and risk management
Oversee deliverables from cross-functional teams, vendors and business resources
Foster open communication across teams and identify dependencies and risks early
Apply structured and agile project delivery methodologies
Identify problems collaboratively and develop actions and solutions
Communicate with key stakeholders and present information through reports, dashboards and slides
Provide contract management and supplier management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or related fields preferred, or equivalent experience
Relevant certifications, such as APMP, Prince2 or Agile Certification
Strong project management, risk management and procurement management skills
Familiarity with Scrum, Shape Up and Kanban profiles and methodologies
Experience working in a project delivery environment
Sound understanding of structured and agile methodologies
Experience with tools and methods such as APMP, MSP, Jira, Tempo and Scrum
Market experience working within the UK Defence & Security sector
Must have or be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance
Strong problem-solving ability and motivation to continuously improve technology design and delivery
