About the role

  • Identify and contact potential customers in the workwear sector
  • Advise new customers, present our services, and prepare customized proposals tailored to each client
  • Analyze the market, monitor current trends, and derive new business opportunities
  • Build a strong network through trade shows, events, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Conduct contract negotiations in coordination with our sales management and support these to successful completion
  • Primarily perform client acquisition for the regions of Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, and the northern part of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW)

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business education or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in sales and new client acquisition, ideally in the service industry
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-initiative, goal-oriented mindset, and a structured way of working
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B)
