About the role
- Responsible for the construction logistics of a major project.
- Planning, implementation and control of logistics tasks.
- On-site point of contact for all project stakeholders.
- Documentation of subcontractor briefings/introduction.
- Quality checks of subcontractor work.
- Preparation of monthly documentation of completed services.
- Identification of potential change orders/claims and support in claim preparation.
Requirements
- Practically skilled with good manual aptitude.
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
- Leadership ability and assertiveness when dealing with subcontractors.
