About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and grow community across Discord, Telegram, and X
- Keep vibe welcoming, hype, and safe
- Take complete ownership of community growth
- Launch campaigns, incentives, airdrops, and reward systems
- Conceptualise, plan, and host regular online events, AMAs, contests
- Act as the main Point of Contact for community members on all channels
- Identify high-value community members and cultivate VIP programs
- Work closely with the Social Media team to highlight community wins
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven expertise in building, managing, and growing high-engagement online communities
- Know-how and industry experience in iGaming, Betting, and Sports
- In-depth mastery of core community platforms: Discord, Telegram, X
- Experience with CRM and Back Office tools, community activation platforms
- Strong networking ability to develop relationships with KOLs
- Proven ability to produce and manage online and offline events
- Deep interest and expertise in at least one major sport
- Nice to have: Crypto and Web3 knowledge, eSports background, professional marketing or social media management experience
