About the role

  • Mapping and redesign of the accounting close process.
  • Integration of cross-functional data.
  • Generation of strategic insights.

Requirements

  • Degree: PhD
  • Educational background: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Required knowledge: Programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Practical experience with Machine Learning algorithms.
  • Experience in process automation (RPA).
  • Ability to manipulate and integrate large volumes of data (ETL).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Preferred experience: Projects applying AI to accounting or finance.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Blockchain and Generative AI.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Certifications in AI, Data Science, or Digital Accounting.
  • Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of data governance and accounting compliance.
