About the role

  • Review standards and frameworks (COSO, COBIT, ITIL, PCAOB Standards, etc.) used to provide guidance and ensure the effectiveness of SOx controls, establishing a solid theoretical foundation for the project.
  • Create an AI agent to review/define control discipline.
  • Map processes, risk hypotheses and current controls, capture key available data and identify alternatives and tools for the necessary adjustments to enable automation.
  • Capture available data from the bank's catalog, process and prepare it for analysis, develop scripts and algorithms for automated testing, and validate results with business and support areas.
  • Once algorithms are validated, formalize supporting documentation to ensure their traceability and re-performance (audit tracking) in internal tools.
  • Identify and validate exceptions detected by the system, distinguishing between false positives and true anomalies.
  • Support the definition of action plans to mitigate identified root causes, in collaboration with the responsible teams.

Requirements

  • Fellow profile: Master's level - TECH 3
  • Education: Master's degree
  • Fields of study: Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or related areas
  • Advanced knowledge of various programming tools and environments (emphasis on SQL, AWS, Python)
  • Languages: Advanced English (reading and writing)
