About the role
- Own the marketing planning and budgeting process, including goal setting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis
- Partner with marketing leadership to develop strategy and lead high-impact initiatives
- Use data to identify growth opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve effectiveness and revenue growth
- Build and automate processes
- Own the marketing tech stack and test new tools
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across marketing systems
- Develop and manage reporting tools
- Drive lead management strategy in partnership with Sales and RevOps
Requirements
- 6–8+ years in marketing, strategy, consulting, or rev/marketing ops ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of marketing technology and B2B marketing
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to drive strategic planning, own complex projects, and partner cross-functionally
- Strong bias for action and a willingness to jump into messy problems
- Systems thinking: you know how to design scalable, repeatable processes that keep teams focused and efficient
- Ability to be in-office in NY (Flatiron) on Tues, Wed, and Thurs (required by application)
