About the role

  • Join neosight and become part of a team of 40 committed consultants, trusted partners who support their clients end-to-end on all SAP-related challenges.
  • Act as the client's key contact, contributing to the design, deployment, and optimization of SAP solutions.
  • Supervise and participate in drafting business requirements and functional or technical specifications for projects and application maintenance (TMA) engagements.
  • Configure and set up SAP MM solutions.
  • Oversee test phases and go-live activities.
  • Produce functional documentation and user guides.
  • Monitor consultants’ assignment progress and ensure consistency of deliverables.
  • Serve as the operational point of contact between the client and the team, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Identify project risks or blockers and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Promote best-practice sharing and provide methodological support to consultants.
  • Strengthen your skills by keeping up with key developments in the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, BTP, Integration Suite, SAP AI, etc.) to stay at the forefront of innovation.
  • Participate in internal and cross‑functional Group projects (CSR, HR, Marketing) and pre-sales activities.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Engineering school or equivalent)
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience with SAP, having contributed to multiple projects and application maintenance (TMA) assignments
  • Proficiency in the MM module in both ECC and S/4HANA environments
  • Solid knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, supply planning, and logistics
  • Strong understanding of the P2P process and good knowledge of R2R and O2C business processes
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Analytical and synthesis skills, with strong written and verbal communication to clearly present deliverables
  • Methodical and meticulous, able to manage projects autonomously
  • Service-oriented and adaptable, able to interact with diverse stakeholders and environments
