About the role
- Put your SAP expertise to work on strategic Order-to-Cash (SD - S/4HANA) projects while leading teams and contributing to our clients' technological innovation
- Joining neosight means becoming part of a team of 40 committed consultants who are trusted partners to their clients, supporting them end-to-end on all their SAP challenges
- You will be the client's key contact, contributing to the design, deployment and optimization of SAP solutions
- Supervise and participate in drafting business requirements and functional or technical specifications for projects and application maintenance (TMA) engagements
- Configure and parameterize SAP solutions (SD, S/4 Finance)
- Work across the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle: order management, delivery, billing, cash collection, pricing and returns tracking, while contributing to the digital transformation on S/4HANA
- Oversee testing phases and production deployment
- Validate functional documentation
- Lead project teams and ensure coordination of engagements
- Maintain client relationships, identify opportunities and contribute to the development of the Business Unit
- Participate in RFPs and the preparation of commercial proposals
- Monitor team performance, support their skills development and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Strengthen your skills by keeping up with key developments in the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, BTP, Integration Suite, SAP AI…), remaining at the cutting edge of innovation
- Contribute to internal/cross-group projects (CSR, HR, Marketing) and to pre-sales activities
Requirements
- Master's degree (or engineering degree)
- At least 7 years of experience with SAP, including proven experience in management and team leadership
- Expertise in the SD module in ECC and S/4HANA environments and its key integrations with FI, CO, MM
- Strong knowledge of O2C business processes and good understanding of P2P and R2R processes
- Ability to manage complex projects and successfully drive change
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
