About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and oversee strategic technology projects
Act as the primary interface between Brasil Convênios and technology vendors
Plan, monitor, and prioritize backlogs, schedules, and deliveries
Lead follow-up meetings with vendors and internal teams
Ensure deadlines, scope, and quality of deliverables are met
Translate business needs into technical requirements for partners
Validate solutions, identify risks, and support technical decision-making
Monitor projects involving mobile apps, web systems, databases, BI, and integrations
Support improvement and automation initiatives that contribute to operational efficiency
Organize documentation and track project metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Project Manager, PMO, Project Lead, or similar roles in technology
Experience managing vendors and software development projects
Knowledge of agile methodologies, backlog management, and schedule tracking
Ability to act as a liaison between business areas and technical teams
Knowledge of software architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS is a plus)
Analytical, organized, and problem-solving oriented.
