About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze methodologies and support/manage the backend development process
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain modules connected to databases
  • Design and implement application features
  • Develop and integrate REST/RESTful APIs with external systems and interfaces
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation for code and processes
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of software systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience testing and consuming APIs
  • Proficient in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PHP
  • Experience with Git (Bitbucket)
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of REST/RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL)
  • Familiarity with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of Laravel, Nest.js, and WordPress (nice to have)
  • Experience with CI/CD (nice to have)
  • Experience with cloud environments and scalable systems (nice to have).
