About the role

  • Understand business problems and translate them into user-centered product solutions
  • Create clear, efficient, and scalable user flows
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
  • Build consistent, intuitive UIs aligned with the design system
  • Validate solutions with users (when possible), ensuring adoption and usability
  • Work closely with developers, ensuring clear and efficient handoffs
  • Evolve and maintain the product's design system
  • Drive continuous improvements based on data, feedback, and usage metrics

Requirements

  • Strong experience in product design (UX/UI)
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma
  • Strong knowledge of usability and user experience
  • Ability to think in end-to-end journeys and flows, not just individual screens
  • Good communication and collaboration with technical teams (developers)
