About the role

  • Evolve data models in PostgreSQL and implement analytical layers focused on performance and maintainability
  • Optimize ingestion and transformation modules, ensuring observability and error handling in critical pipelines
  • Create complex semantic models, implement logic in DAX and ensure governance (RLS and versioning)
  • Maintain and evolve workers on AWS, contributing to deployments in staging and production environments
  • Participate in code reviews and technical roadmap decisions alongside leadership

Requirements

  • Strong skills in data manipulation and modular code (Python)
  • Advanced SQL (PostgreSQL): window functions, CTEs, index optimization and execution plan tuning
  • Experience with Jupyter for programmatic execution of notebooks (ETL)
  • Tabular modeling and advanced DAX in Power BI: RLS policies
  • Practical experience with serverless architecture (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Git: branching strategies and code review practices
