About the role

  • Support the production of reports and data extraction from media platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X), contributing to daily performance monitoring.
  • Assist with media financial processes, such as issuing PI, preparing checking presentations, and supporting billing, in accordance with internal and client procedures.
  • Maintain campaign pacing/delivery tracking, helping control budgets and preventing potential under- or over-delivery.
  • Operate tools like Google Ads and Meta, assisting in campaign execution and optimization under guidance from leadership.
  • Request media proposals from various vendors via email, phone, or WhatsApp, supporting the development of media plans and strategies.
  • Support the team with presentations and other operational tasks as directed by managers.
  • Pursue technical development in key media channels (Google, Meta, etc.) by participating in internal or external trainings and courses whenever possible.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Social Sciences, Data-related fields, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of media on Google or Meta.
  • Knowledge of how to set up and optimize campaigns on these platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides.
  • Analytical, organized and curious profile, with attention to detail, good interpersonal communication, and the ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team.
