About the role

  • Research and prospect new clients outside the existing lead base;
  • Map opportunities within our own lead database;
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their challenges, and provide value from the first interaction;
  • Accompany consultants in meetings to support continuity in the process (follow-ups, proposals, etc.);
  • Attend events and in-person meetups to network and generate new opportunities;
  • Maintain the CRM and manage the pipeline, helping turn leads into customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales or prospecting;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Performance- and targets-oriented, with resilience for potentially long sales cycles.
  • Plus: Experience selling high-ticket digital products, market research, or consulting services;
  • Knowledge of the Games / Entertainment / Research market;
  • Familiarity with outbound funnel and sales frameworks (SPIN, BANT, etc.).
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
