About the role
- Research and prospect new clients outside the existing lead base;
- Map opportunities within our own lead database;
- Engage with potential clients, understand their challenges, and provide value from the first interaction;
- Accompany consultants in meetings to support continuity in the process (follow-ups, proposals, etc.);
- Attend events and in-person meetups to network and generate new opportunities;
- Maintain the CRM and manage the pipeline, helping turn leads into customers.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound sales or prospecting;
- Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Performance- and targets-oriented, with resilience for potentially long sales cycles.
- Plus: Experience selling high-ticket digital products, market research, or consulting services;
- Knowledge of the Games / Entertainment / Research market;
- Familiarity with outbound funnel and sales frameworks (SPIN, BANT, etc.).
- Advanced/Fluent English.
