About the role

  • Support the production of reports and data extraction from media platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X), ensuring continuous monitoring of results and assisting the team with ad-hoc requests;
  • Assist with media financial processes, such as issuing PIs, preparing checking presentations, and supporting billing according to internal and client calendars and governance;
  • Complete daily pacing and campaign delivery tracking, ensuring budget control and preventing investment deviations (under/over delivery);
  • Operate platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook), launching campaigns and performing optimizations guided by account leadership;
  • Request commercial proposals from media outlets via phone, email, or WhatsApp to support the development of media plans and strategies;
  • Support the team with presentations and other operational tasks as directed by direct or indirect managers;
  • Participate, when necessary, in client meetings (virtual or in-person) to present reports and simple media plans, with leadership support;
  • Build simpler, routine media plans in Excel or PowerPoint for internal or client presentations;
  • Develop analytical capabilities and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, seeking to improve technical knowledge through internal or external courses and training;
  • Deepen technical knowledge of media channels (Google, Meta, etc.), understanding formats, targeting options, and buying models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Advertising, Public Relations, Social Communication, Social Sciences, Data, or related fields;
  • Intermediate knowledge of media platforms (at least Google and Meta);
  • Understanding of platform billing processes;
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets;
  • Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides;
