About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Java development teams technically;
Participate in defining modern architectures based on APIs and microservices;
Support the construction of cloud-native solutions;
Ensure the technical quality of deliveries through code reviews, development standards, and continuous monitoring;
Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges;
Plan and track delivery schedules, promoting predictability and risk management;
Conduct frequent alignments with business areas, partners, and leadership;
Produce executive reports on project progress, metrics, and potential blockers;
Develop and support the team's technical growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Java development in high-complexity corporate environments;
API- and microservices-based architectures;
Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring REST, Spring Data, Spring Batch;
Relational and NoSQL databases;
Development in Cloud environments;
Code quality and security tools such as SonarQube and Fortify;
Experience serving as a technical reference or leading development teams;
Advanced English for communication and interaction in global environments;
