About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage one or multiple projects simultaneously, across one or more locations, ensuring alignment between schedule, scope, cost, and quality;
Develop, maintain and execute project plans, ensuring management of all components required for successful delivery;
Lead planning activities, schedule monitoring, stakeholder management, communications, risk monitoring and issue resolution;
Serve as the primary link between Product Owners, business areas, technology teams and other stakeholders;
Lead project tracking ceremonies, including dailies, weeklies, status reports, steering committees, workshops and ad-hoc meetings;
Identify, analyze, mitigate and escalate risks and impediments in complex, multicultural environments;
Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance (QA) analysts and support teams;
Support documentation of processes, operational flows and other artifacts related to systems and projects;
Ensure adherence to corporate policies, local and international regulatory requirements, as well as internal governance models;
Operate in global environments, with frequent interaction with international teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Project management, including: planning; schedule management; stakeholder management; executive communication; expectation management; risk and issue management; control of the project triad (scope, schedule and cost).
Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Confluence and Gantt.
Applied Artificial Intelligence in Project Management.
Experience or strong familiarity with using Generative AI tools and AI agents to boost productivity and support project management.
Ability to use AI agents for: project planning and structuring; creation and updating of schedules; generation of status reports and executive dashboards; risk management and proactive identification of deviations; automation of administrative tasks and documentation; preparation of materials for meetings and executive committees; dependency analysis and decision support.
Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Jira AI, Power Automate, Agents, or similar automation and productivity platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese and English.
Ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Collaborative, organized and results-oriented profile.
Ability to perform under pressure in dynamic, high-demand environments.
