Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in production support, working as a Support Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in similar roles;
Strong knowledge of technology environments, operating systems, and IT infrastructure;
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and process automation;
Troubleshooting skills, capable of identifying and resolving complex issues;
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively within a team;
Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring the quality of provided support;
Relevant certifications will be considered a plus. Tools:
