About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement AI solutions and agent-based workflows from technical specifications
- Integrate LLMs, data pipelines and AI tools into existing systems and platforms
- Develop solutions using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agent-based architectures
- Collaborate with Tech Leads, contributing to design reviews and following architectural standards
- Ensure code quality (clean code, testing, documentation and version control)
- Share knowledge of new tools, models and AI best practices with the team
- Quickly identify and communicate technical blockers or design inconsistencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in software development
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with applied AI/ML
- Strong experience with Python
- Experience with frontend development (React)
- Experience integrating LLMs into real-world applications
- Experience with RAG pipelines or agent-based systems
- Solid software engineering fundamentals (clean code, SOLID, testing, documentation, Git)
- Ability to work from technical specifications and within structured teams
