About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define low- and medium-complexity technical solutions for new products
Map and define dependencies between technical teams for the construction of your team's solutions
Support the team with technical and business knowledge to help execute their activities
Propose and analyze the impact of parameters and modules to be configured in the company's systems
Map the current state of processes and systems with key stakeholders in the business areas and identify improvements
Validate implemented medium-complexity requirements before delivery
Analyze requests and adjustments with external vendors and relay them to the development team
Support the elicitation of business and software requirements with internal and external users, translating them into system solutions
Assist in preparing business requirements documentation, functional requirements, and user stories.

Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
Experience implementing Salesforce for Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
Named Credentials and External Services
Lightning Pages, record page layouts
Objects, Fields, Roles, Profiles, Sharing
Automations and Processes (Flows, approval processes)
REST integrations (HTTP), @RestResource
Asynchronous processing (future methods, Queueables, Batch Apex, scheduled jobs)
Apex
LWC, Aura Components, JavaScript, Scratch orgs

Merge conflict resolution
Knowledge and application of Clean Code, design patterns, and best practices
