About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define low- and medium-complexity technical solutions for new products
  • Map and define dependencies between technical teams for the construction of your team's solutions
  • Support the team with technical and business knowledge to help execute their activities
  • Propose and analyze the impact of parameters and modules to be configured in the company's systems
  • Map the current state of processes and systems with key stakeholders in the business areas and identify improvements
  • Validate implemented medium-complexity requirements before delivery
  • Analyze requests and adjustments with external vendors and relay them to the development team
  • Support the elicitation of business and software requirements with internal and external users, translating them into system solutions
  • Assist in preparing business requirements documentation, functional requirements, and user stories.
