About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and maintenance of solutions on the Salesforce platform
Participate in implementing enhancements and new features in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Assist with configuration of objects, fields, page layouts, profiles, roles and sharing rules
Support the creation and maintenance of automations using Flow and approval processes
Participate in the analysis and resolution of incidents and bugs reported by users
Assist in the development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and customizations in Apex under the guidance of more experienced developers
Support integration activities between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs
Contribute to the preparation and update of technical and functional documentation
Assist in executing tests and validations of developed functionalities
Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather and understand requirements
Support the team in identifying continuous improvement opportunities for processes and systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic knowledge or initial experience with the Salesforce ecosystem
Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Understanding of objects, fields, page layouts, profiles, roles and sharing rules
Experience with automations using Flow
Basic knowledge of Apex
Basic knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Basic knowledge of REST integrations and API consumption
Experience with version control using Git
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Interest in software development and programming best practices
