About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Centralize planning and monitor deliveries together with Product Owners and Technology teams.
Manage the roadmap, supporting the intake, consolidation and prioritization of requests.
Monitor planned vs. actual progress, ensuring visibility of risks, dependencies and commitments.
Collect and analyze metrics, data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Act as the primary communication focal point between clients, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success and other partner teams.
Ensure alignment across multidisciplinary teams to meet deadlines, quality standards and business objectives.
Prepare executive reports and continuously track the initiatives under your responsibility.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in Product Management, Program Management or technology project management.
Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs and multiple delivery streams.
Strong planning, organizational and execution-tracking skills.
Excellent communication and experience in client and stakeholder relationship management.
Comfortable working across technical and business domains.
Highly autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and low need for follow-up.
