What you’ll need

Knowledge of tax solution products
Experience with market tax solutions
Functional knowledge of platforms for issuing, receiving, querying, storing, or managing tax documents
Experience with tax messaging products
Knowledge of tax compliance solutions
Understanding of tax workflows within a system solution
Experience with functional configuration of tax products
Ability to assess alignment between customer needs and available product functionality
Knowledge of the product lifecycle for tax products
Familiarity with business rules applied in tax systems
Knowledge of electronic tax documents
Functional knowledge of the main electronic tax documents: NF-e, NFC-e, NFS-e, CT-e, MDF-e
Understanding of key tax events
Ability to understand the impact of tax rejections on business processes
Knowledge of obligations related to the retention and retrieval of electronic tax documents
Tax and fiscal knowledge applied to the product
Understanding of tax concepts applied to tax solutions
Ability to evaluate how tax rules impact functionality
Ability to liaise with tax and fiscal departments
Product vision for tax solutions
Ability to translate tax needs into functional requirements
User journey perspective and user experience in tax solutions
Participation in prioritizing tax improvements and requests
Support in building the tax product roadmap
Functional analysis and documentation
Elicitation and analysis of functional requirements
Support in preparing training materials, manuals, or functional guides
