About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a bridge between Product, Customer Success (CS), Support, Pre-sales, Sales, and Technology
- Perform initial assessment of requests, issues, and opportunities
- Organize and structure information to support the Product Manager's decision-making
- Triage items (enhancements, bugs, questions, customer requests, etc.)
- Prepare clear, concise summaries of requests
- Support organizing and running meetings (agenda, minutes, follow-up)
- Log and track requests in tools such as Azure DevOps
- Manage pending items, deadlines, and request statuses
- Consolidate information from different teams
- Assist the Product Manager with operational routines and backlog organization
- Participate in client meetings to gather context
- Ensure decisions and information are properly documented
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (Business Administration, IT, Product Management, Accounting, or related fields)
- Experience or interest in digital products, SaaS, ERP, or B2B solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical, organized, and investigative mindset
- Comfortable organizing information and handling multiple tasks
- Ability to serve as a bridge between technical and business teams
- Sense of prioritization with attention to impact and risk
- Experience with spreadsheets, documentation, and management tools
- Previous experience in Support, Customer Success, Product, Implementation, or Pre-Sales (advantage)
- Basic knowledge of fiscal documents (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, MDF-e, etc.) (advantage)
- Familiarity with XML, SEFAZ, and fiscal systems (advantage)
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, or similar (advantage)
- Experience with ERP, fiscal software, or B2B solutions (advantage)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (advantage)
- Experience interacting with clients or conducting client meetings (advantage)
- Familiarity with Brazilian tax legislation (advantage)
- Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, or Confluence (advantage)
