About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage with the company's mission, vision, values, and policies.
  • Operate in accordance with the guidelines, policies, working methods, KPIs and SLAs defined for the area.
  • Develop a broad strategic and business perspective to ensure effectiveness in preparing documentation.
  • Create diagrams and flowcharts to provide better functional detailing of products and services to be developed.
  • Identify potential issues, update technical standards and manuals to ensure information alignment, customer retention, and business growth.
  • Maintain positive relationships with client companies to identify opportunities to improve products and/or services, resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and protect the company's brand reputation in the market.
  • Act as a team facilitator: support and accompany the team during the execution of ceremonies and participate in meetings and daily stand-ups.
  • Conduct product acceptance with the requester (client), ensuring the agreed delivery quality.
  • Identify opportunities and problems with critical judgment, evaluate impacts, and act quickly and strategically, prioritizing solutions based on value added to the client, project, and company.
  • Stay up to date on new technologies and market trends through digital and field research, catalogs, and attendance at trade shows and conferences to identify and propose business opportunities.
  • Work with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and related tools) in planning, monitoring, and updating projects.
  • Be available to all project stakeholders for any necessary clarifications.
  • Ensure excellence in relationships (internal and external), work, and performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum education: currently enrolled in a university degree program.
  • Preferred training: courses in product-related areas.
  • Field of study: Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Preferably 2 or more years of experience in the area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Preferred tools and methodologies: BPM (Business Process Management), Mind Mapping, Agile, Project Management, portfolio management, and product and service documentation.
  • Techniques for prioritization and user story creation.
