Requirements

  • The professional will work on the development and evolution of critical solutions for the financial market, involving transactional systems, complex integrations, regulatory requirements and high demands for resilience, security and scalability.
  • We expect a truly senior profile, with mastery of the Java stack and the ability to make architectural decisions.
  • Backend development in Java, working within distributed architectures.
  • Building and evolving microservices with a focus on decoupling, observability and fault tolerance.
  • Active participation in architectural decisions, definition of standards and technical reviews.
  • Implementation of event-driven solutions and synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
  • Consistent application of design patterns, SOLID principles and Clean Architecture.
  • Ensuring technical quality, stability and performance in critical environments.
  • Working closely with product, QA and architecture teams.
  • Technical Stack – Expected Depth: Java 8+ / 11 / 17, Spring Boot (Web, Data, Security, Actuator), Microservices architecture, well-versioned and documented REST APIs, Messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar), Resilience: circuit breaker, retry, timeout, fallback, Automated testing (unit and integration), Cloud (AWS / Azure) – deployment, configuration, scalability, Relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD and version control (Git).
