Incident handling

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of investment fund custody
Basic technical knowledge
Execute SELECT queries and analyze logs
Participate in technology incident management
Initiative to resolve problems and errors
Degree in a technology/IT-related field
Basic understanding of systems architecture
Database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server or similar)
Business knowledge focused on custody, fund administration and fund control
Experience working as a systems analyst in a financial institution
