About the role

  • Manage the project portfolio, ensuring deliveries within established timelines, budgets and quality standards;
  • Develop and advance project governance and management methodologies (PMO);
  • Conduct risk analyses, proposing and tracking mitigation plans;
  • Act as a link between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and data-driven decision-making;
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive reports for leadership;
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, contributing to process optimization and the implementation of innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management and PMO roles, preferably within financial conglomerates;
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Experience with financial systems, regulatory aspects and banking compliance;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Leadership, influence and the ability to operate in dynamic corporate environments;
  • Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or similar;
  • Experience in digital transformation projects within the banking sector;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, MS Project and Power BI.
