About the role

  • Map, review, and detail new and existing user journeys, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with product needs.
  • Lead or support discovery activities, requirements alignment, and flow definition.
  • Conduct user research (when applicable), interviews, usability tests, and hypothesis validation.
  • Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, screens, and artifacts to support the Product Owner and development team.
  • Ensure visual and experience consistency in line with Banco do Brasil guidelines.
  • Collaborate with PO/PM to clarify needs, validate solutions, and structure user stories.
  • Support the product vision during refinements, bringing a UX perspective to functional decisions.
  • Monitor the evolution of deliverables, ensuring the final experience is consistent with the proposal and prototypes.
  • Contribute at the interface between squads, technical areas, and partner companies, considering impacts on the user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer on digital products.
  • Strong skills in building flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX functional specifications.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear, user-centered solutions.
  • Skilled at facilitating discussions, conducting refinements, and supporting decision-making.
  • Proficient in designing and conducting interface and usability tests.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Clear communication and analytical thinking.
