About the role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements in the capital markets area;
  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals;
  • Prepare functional and non-functional specifications, as well as user stories for system enhancements and improvements;
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure effective solution implementation;
  • Conduct impact analyses and feasibility studies for new initiatives;
  • Support incident resolution and monitor system performance, ensuring stability and optimal performance;
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and prepare training materials and functional documentation;
  • Keep business process documentation, system configurations and user guides up to date.

Requirements

  • Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking);
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or capital markets;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence and X-Ray;
  • Ability to work autonomously, with critical thinking and multidisciplinary collaboration.
