About the role

  • Plan, monitor and control end-to-end initiatives
  • Ensure scope, schedule, cost and quality
  • Implement a consistent communication plan, report and provide visibility to different stakeholders
  • Ensure application of the Scrum framework and agile practices to maximize value delivery
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog prioritization, sprint planning and sprint follow-up.

Requirements

  • Senior professional with strong experience in project management and leading agile teams
  • Primary point of contact for coordinating strategic technology and business initiatives
  • Knowledge of agile methods and frameworks: Scrum, Kanban
  • Project management: planning, monitoring and control of projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality)
  • Management of risks, issues and dependencies
  • Creation and tracking of timelines/schedules (e.g., MS Project, Planner or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of PMBOK/PMI best practices or equivalent
  • Management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Wiki, Miro, MS Teams)
  • Advanced Office / O365 skills, especially Excel/PowerPoint for reports and metrics
  • Desired certifications: PSM I/II, CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP or equivalent in project management
  • Basic understanding of distributed systems architecture and integrations (APIs, messaging, etc.) — conceptual level
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC, CI/CD, testing, releases).
